Current Role: Finance Manager

Focusing on Ambulatory Finance and Physician Contracting, I help manage the financial side of provider growth across the Mid-America Region for the AdventHealth Medical Group. I analyze compensation models, review contract terms, and ensure every agreement aligns with fair market value and strategic goals. My work supports 130+ providers across multiple specialties, and I regularly collaborate with operations, legal, and executive teams to simplify processes, get things done, and make sure our provider network is financially sustainable as it grows.

Previous Role: Operations Manager (Ambulatory)

Specializing in Quality and Patience Experience, I manage and track the metrics from 8 clinics, over 5 specialties and over 25 physicians. As of Q4 of 2024, our facility ranks in the 83rd percentile in Primary Care and 2nd in patience experience within the Adventist Health system.

The AH residency program is a two-year leadership development program that exposes young healthcare professionals to a variety of administration departments.

The C21 cohort of leadership residents.

Human Resources:

• Facilitated the licensure and certification tracking of over 900 associates.
• Standardized the new employee orientation packets to reflect virtual orientations.
• Developed a dashboard that tracked the vaccination status of over 1100 associates.

Finance:

• Corresponded with vendors to invoice over $200,000 in cancer research funding.
• Evaluated a new service line and presented findings and suggestions to leadership.

Clinical Departments:

• Orchestrated the temporary relocation of a 12 bed high acuity ICU due to construction renovations.
• Introduced a medication discharge card for patients to easily reference use cases and side effects.
